The waterproof function of paper is also very important, especially the waterproof function of paper in refrigerators. Sometimes, although the compressive strength of cartons is very high, because the paper is not waterproof, the cartons simply absorb moisture when they are stored in refrigerators, forming a collapsed warehouse.
3. The production process of cartons will also affect the compressive strength.
Under the same conditions, the compressive strength of the carton decreased by 90n-130n and the deformation was increased by 2mm for every 1mm of the transverse pressing line. If the pressing line is too wide, the force value of the carton will be added slowly, the useful energy value will be small, and the end deformation will be large. In order to ensure the compressive strength, we should try our best to improve the production process and reduce the impact of each process on the compressive strength of cartons.
4. It is also very important to select the suitable corrugated type according to the carton type.
In our knowledge, it is often thought that the larger the corrugated type is, the higher the compressive strength of the carton is. Simply ignore the influence of the corrugated type on the deformation. The larger the corrugated type is, the greater the compressive strength of the carton is and the larger the deformation is; the smaller the corrugated type is, the smaller the compressive strength of the carton is and the smaller the deformation is. If the cartons are too large, the corrugated type is very small, and the cartons are simply crushed during the compression inspection; if the cartons are too small, the corrugated type is very large, the deformation will be too large during the compression inspection, the buffering process will be long, and the fault between the useful energy value and the ending force value will be too large.
5. The influence of moisture on the compressive strength of cartons should not be ignored.
The production environment, storage environment, application environment, climate, climate and other factors of cartons will affect the moisture content of cartons. In order to ensure the compressive strength of cartons, we should try to prevent the impact of external environment on the moisture content of cartons, and adhere to the dryness of cartons.
